Zahra was born and raised in the UAE. She started her career in Executive Search in 2011 with a specific focus on mandates across the Technology and Telecommunication Industry. She then worked for one of the largest global recruitment businesses focused on building the Financial Services desk, working on specific complex mandates across Governance, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Investments, Corporate Finance and Treasury. After establishing one of the most successful financial services practices in the MEA region, she co-led the establishment of a Public Sector and Management Consulting practice for one of the largest regional recruitment firms. Zahra specialises in Technology, Financial Services, Public Sector and Management Consulting having built a considerable network over the last 13 years.
Zahra completed her BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong, Dubai, UAE.
