Having started his career in the United Kingdom, Ali has been based in the Middle East since 2012, focusing on scaling some of the largest global search businesses across Saudi, UAE, Qatar and the wider MEA region.
He boasts a strong track record in recruiting cross functionally for organisations, both established and startups, across the public and private sector. His core expertise lie in client engagement, recruiting strategic mandates including C-level / Board appointments for the public sector, family holding groups, start-ups, as well as management consulting firms across the region. Ali has led RPOs for multiple clients that needed help with establishing their C-Suite, he has also led a team for a government start-up to successfully recruit over 180 positions in a 12-month period.
Ali completed his BSc. (Hons.) in Accounting & Finance, followed by an MSc. in Corporate Finance from Bangor University, Wales. He is also a part qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
